LI 1968 of 2010 provides for the development and management of the aquaculture industry in Ghana. It covers areas as permit for aquaculture operations, fish transfer, fish breeding and aquaculture input. The law also makes provisions for fish seed production certificate, aquaculture research and import and export of live fish.
