The Public Environmental Education in the Boti area of the Eastern Region of Ghana was carried out with support from RBINS in 2006. Poor farming practices, charcaol burning, hunting and other activities have led to the drying up of river Pompom which supplies water to the water fall leading to perinial break in the flow of the fall. The programme therefore aimed at sensitizing the people on the sensitivity of the environment surrounding the river which supplies water to the fall.
